Lohberger Engineering’s marine heritage goes right back to over 50 years ago when the original founder Mr Ernest Lohberger first arrived in Papua New Guinea. As a keen boat owner, yachtsman and member of the RPYC is Port Moresby in the early years of the company Mr Lohberger found it difficult to procure marine accessories and parts in PNG. As the business expanded a marine division was setup for service & supply and parts were stocked locally for both commercial and leisure boats.

Over the years the range expanded with ropes, safety gear, steering systems, deck gear, rigging gear and bilge, toilet & gallery accessories some of the many lines added. Major marine brands agencies were also taken on including Yanmar Diesel Engines, Volvo Penta Diesel Engines, Mercury Outboard Motors, Ronstan Sailing Hardware, Furuno, Lowrance and Simrad marine electronics. These were all backed by our experience service department.

With our latest 2014 Lohberger Engineering Marine Catalogue from our long term partner marine wholesaler BLA running to over 975 pages and over 10,000 items it’s safe to say we can supply almost anything you need to keep your boat running on the water!
